Thermoformer Machine from DIXIE

Capacity: Depending on the depth of the packaging and how quickly the vacuum pump can evacuate air, it usually operates at a rate of up to 10–16 strokes per minute

Film and gauge: Underfilm on 320 mm (effective weld/work width approx 296 mm). Overfilm 300–305 mm

Compressed airThe machine uses compressed air to shape the plastic in the tool and to raise/lower the welding plates. You need a compressor that can deliver a constant pressure of about 6 bar.

Changed oil and oil filter. New locking mechanisms (x2) for the hatch to the engine compartment, 1 better used welding beam (modified), New welding wires and tape on the welding beams, New connectors to the welding beam New rubber seal for the lid, New screen part, Aligned the lid, Changed tires,

Replace air distributor Replace welding tape Change the oil Fixed connectors for pinch protection Double weld + cut off

New air hoses, New air bellows, New Teflon tape, Changed the order of the belts, 2 new potentiometers, Changed the input air pressure regulator, New oil in the vacuum pump, New silicone strips under the welding beams, 1 new switch for emergency stop, Renovated/cleaned vacuum and pressure valve.

Tested and works well. The screen flickers a little, but works great.

New potentiometer for speed control. Cleaned and adjusted air valves. Printer responds and runs but lacks ink. No vacuum, machine is used running on food grade gas. Tools: 195x150, 225x155 (oval), 230x190mm

Change oil, filter in vac pump. Adjusted tool. Straighten the big tool. Adjusted Weld plastic brake. Change a vacuum hose. Tool fabric: 260x160mm, 190x135mm
