Extremely high pressing force: The machine operates with a hydraulic mechanism that delivers a pressing force of up to 3,000 kg to 6,400 kg (62,800 N) depending on model year and configuration. This ensures the meat retains its shape and juiciness during frying.

Hygiene & Safety: Fully constructed in stainless steel with a fully enclosed and protected work area. The machine starts automatically when the tray is pushed in. The meat can also be pressed directly into vacuum bags or plastic wrap for minimal cleaning
