Electric motor test run

Glow coil not tested

Other information:

Main components: The generator is built around three mechanical main units: a fan/circulation fan, a feed screw (screw), and a heating element/glow coil.

Function: The methanizer transports the smoke material automatically (usually chips or sawdust) to the fire bed. The heating element ignites the material and the fan disseminates the smoke development further into the smoke chamber.

Material: The chassis and all internal mechanical parts are made entirely of high-quality, food-grade stainless steel.

New bearings front wheel.

Tensioner refurbished

Fixed hookbox

Mounted water fittings.

High capacity: It is designed for high-intensity production lines and can cut up to 400 pigs per hour (or 200 sows per hour) per saw.

Powerful motor: Equipped with a completely enclosed electric motor of 3.0 hp (2237 W), providing both reliability and protection in damp slaughter environments

Test run OK

Capacity: Holds 6 GN 1/1 containers.

Performance (Coolant cooling): Cool 30 kg of food from +90 °C to +3 °C core temperature in under 90 minutes.

Performance (Frost/Freezing): Freeze 25 kg of food from +90 °C to -18 °C in less than four hours.
