Heating principle: The pot is double-walled. The electric elements in the technical pillar heat water to steam in the jacket (the interspace), which provides an extremely even heat across the entire inner pot. This reduces the risk of sensitive ingredients such as milk, porridge or sauces burning.

Features: The panel handles the stepless or electronic temperature control, measurement of mantle pressure/temperature, as well as soft-start and autoreverse for the mixer (if the machine is equipped with a mixing tool).
