The machine is used for fixed-weight slicing. Roast beef, roast ham, roast turkey, pork tenderloin etc. The machine scans the product and calculates the exact weight of each disc with double check scales. You can divide the weight into different parts of the meat, 300g first slice of a beef filet, divide the middle into 200g slices and leave the tail. The machine has only run 1000 hours.
