Osmotic massage: The machine uses vacuum and internal carrier heads (scrapers) to massage the meat. This makes brine and spices absorb evenly, while the meat proteins bond better and moisture loss is minimized.

Versatility: It is used for both whole muscle cuts and smaller pieces of meat, regardless of whether the meat has been injected with brine or air-salted.

Maximum fill amount (Meat massage): At a recommended fill level of about 60%, the machine can accommodate up to 4,800 kg of meat per batch.
