Capacity and idle time: Adapted for small to medium bread lines (often paired with dough divider SD180 and rounding muller CR360/CR400), with a maximum idle time of about 4.3 minutes at around 1800 dough cuts per hour.
Control: Electric control panel under projecting roof, with electrical outlet/power supply for connected equipment such as separator, rounder, and long roller.
The cabinet is upgraded to 1100 fill pockets.
