TREIF PUMA-CE is a meat cutting machine for cutting foods such as meat, sausage, cheese or fish. – The lowest permissible temperature for the material to be cut must not drop below -4 °C. - Maximum feed dimensions: 220 x 240 mm - Length of the conveyor belt: 1.55 m - Conveyor belt width: 0.24 m - Cut length: * With single blade: 0–70 mm * With double blade: 0–35 mm This model has automatic start and two different functions: - To feed forward short products to be cut to the knife compartment, to reduce processing time. - To cut pieces of various sizes. For example: a piece of ribs. It is a continuous process; the conveyor belt starts to roll at the set speed as soon as the main start button is activated. Production may vary depending on which product is to be cut.
