New seal for the rotating shaft.

The machine is used only for fine emulsion. Not coarse sausage like beer sausage or similar.

Capacity: Up to around 60 portions per minute (equivalent to production of up to about 250 kg/h).

Portion size: Adjustable from about 20 to 215 grams.

Power connection: 230V

Flexibility: Works perfectly with most types of grease/sealant. It is controlled either via foot pedal or entirely automatically with an adjustable speed.
