Capacity: Place for 6 sheets in the size EN 600x400 mm or Gastronorm GN 1/1. The distance between the sheet guides is 77 mm.

Humidification: Direct steam injection into the oven space. It has a manual adjustment where steam is supplied as long as the knob is held in position.

Fan system: Equipped with 2 counter-rotating fans with automatic autoreversing (direction change), ensuring a completely even heat distribution and perfect baking surface.

Control: Simple mechanical control panel with robust knobs for temperature (50–270°C) and timer (1–60 minutes and continuous mode).

Material & Construction: Made of durable stainless steel with a left-hinged door. The double-glazed door can be easily opened for smooth cleaning and maintenance.
