New bearings and seals for the blade shaft. New bearings and seals for the engine scraper. New piston seals for the scraper. Replaced the mechanical tachometer with a new magnetic sensor. Vacuum chamber resealed. Lubricated and cleaned. Newly sharpened blades. New stuffing boxes

New side door seal. New knives.

The machine has a bearing noise from the knife shaft. The brake works but it is also worn. We believe the machine will last for several years without problems. The machine is being sold in its current condition.

Changed two air cylinders. Adjusted cadence sensor. Refurbished safety switch. Change the main switch.

Tested and works well. The screen flickers a little, but works great.

New air hoses, New air bellows, New Teflon tape, Changed the order of the belts, 2 new potentiometers, Changed the input air pressure regulator, New oil in the vacuum pump, New silicone strips under the welding beams, 1 new switch for emergency stop, Renovated/cleaned vacuum and pressure valve.

Adjusted compressed air sensor. Installed new pressure gauge. Installed a new position sensor. Made a new protective plate underneath. Made a new protective plexiglass on top.

Seems to work fine, we haven't tested with paper trays
