The SH-1 Shredder is designed to produce a shredded product (e.g. "pulled pork") and is suitable for larger restaurants and small to medium-sized delicatessens and commercial kitchens. The capacity of KT SH-1 is over 250 kg per hour, which is a higher capacity than most users are likely to need for a full day. KT SH-1 is intended for use with hot products.
