LM 98A is manufactured and designed according to the latest technology and has a grinding motor of 3 kW and a mixing motor of 1.1 kW. Meat and fat are thoroughly mixed before grinding so that the finished mince gets an even mixture of these. The mill's motors have gear boxes and are quiet and smooth, which gives a very good result. Funnel, lid and outer sides are made of polished stainless steel. The end nut, which holds the grinder set in place, is made of brass. The extraction tool for the grinder screw/grinder set has a lever (to make it easier when the grinder set needs to be removed for cleaning). LM 98A is supplied with Unger system (as below) and 2 mm end plate as standard.
